Heart disease risks lowered by five lifestyle modifications during youth

Heart disease risks lowered by five lifestyle modifications during youth

Cardiovascular disease is the leading killer of adults in all Western cultures. Many people believe their fate has been sealed through the inheritance of 'bad' genes, and no degree of healthy living will have any effect on their risk of an untimely and early demise. More evidence that this thought process could not be more flawed is underscored by the work of researchers at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine as published in the journal Circulation.

Scientists have found that maintaining a healthy lifestyle from childhood and into your 40's and beyond can have a profound effect on reducing risk of developing cardiovascular disease as you grow older. Consuming a heart-healthy diet, regular physical activity, stress and blood pressure reduction and maintaining a normal body weight combine to dramatically lower heart disease risks compared to hereditary influences. Synthesis of the Work of Enderlein, Bechamps and other Pleom

Synthesis of the Work of Enderlein, Bechamps and other Pleomorphic Researchers

All mammals and most likely all other animals have two parasites. They are in a particular relationship and supplement each other.

Those two parasites or endobionts are called Mucor racemosus Fresen and Aspergillus niger van Tiegham.

Bechamp, Rife and Naessens could demonstrate that they are virtually indestructible. Neither carbonizing temperatures nor radioactive radiation can harm them.

Enderlein believed that they entered the cells of higher differentiated cell colonies as parasites while Antoine Bechamp believed that they are the essence of life in the cell.

The endobiont is always present and cannot be removed from the living cell; the clinical symptoms of a disease depend on the stadium of its development. This "fungal parasite" can be present in all tissues and organs. Read more

100 Trillion Bacteria in Your Gut: Learn How to Keep the Goo

100 Trillion Bacteria in Your Gut: Learn How to Keep the Good

You probably don't think about your gut very often but this may make you start--the bacteria in your bowels outnumber the cells in your body by a factor of 10 to one. This gut flora has incredible power over your immune system, which, of course, is your body's natural defense system that keeps you healthy. In other words, the health of your body is largely tied into the health of your gut, and it's hard to have one be healthy if the other is not.

One of the reasons why your gut has so much power has to do with the 100 trillion bacteria--about three pounds worth--that line your intestinal tract. This is an extremely complex living system that aggressively protects your body from outside offenders. Read more
