E3Live® AFA is wild-grown, organic, and harvested from Upper Klamath Lake during its peak nutritional growth cycle. The Top 5 Reasons You Need E3Live® Blue-Green Algae

1. An Incredible Superfood with Exceptional Nutritional Value

E3Live® is an extraordinary food, not a drug or synthesized vitamin. Being 97% absorbable, it's among the most nutrient dense foods in existence and provides a complete spectrum of nutrients and is a great source of:

    Beta-carotene
    Vitamins and minerals
    Alpha linolenic acid
    Pigments
    B vitamins
    Amino acids
    Omega 3 fatty acids
    Phytonutrients
    Chlorophyll
    Phycocyanin
    Phenylethylamine (PEA)
    Enzymes

2. Supports Brain Health

E3Live® has a beneficial impact on brain function and helps restore balance. It's great for mental alertness, stamina, and well-being. AFA contains phenylethyalamine, or PEA, also known as the "molecule of love". It's naturally produced in the brain when we experience happiness, love and joy.

3. Boosts the Immune System

AFA doesn't directly stimulate the immune system but increases the migration of the natural killer cells, the warriors that kill infected cells. A double blind human study reported that within two hours of consuming blue green algae, 40% of the circulating NK cells were triggered to move from blood to tissue. Blue green algae is the only natural substance known to act as a catalyst for NK cell movement.

4. Loaded with Chlorophyll

E3Live® is naturally rich in chlorophyll, roughly 3-5x more than wheat grass. Not only is chlorophyll a natural detoxifier and cleanser, it's also similar to hemoglobin, the red blood cells that carry oxygen and nutrients to the body.

5. Includes a FREE Shipping Upgrade

Because E3Live® is shipped frozen, Global Healing Center offers a free upgrade to 2nd Day Air shipping anywhere within the U.S. Simply select the free standard shipping option during checkout. Your order will ship out on the first Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday after it is placed to ensure your E3Live® remains frozen and arrives fresh!

Incredible Information About Blue-Green Algae

- The World Bank and The United Nations declared algae to be THE solution to the world’s food shortage.

- NASA fed algae to astronauts because “one gram of algae has the nutritional equivalent of 1,000 grams of fruits and vegetables.”

- "Foods containing Chlorophyll have long been known to protect against radiation. Generally speaking any green foods have chlorophyll. From 1959 to 1961 the chief of the US army nutrition branch in Chicago found that high chlorophyll foods reduced the effects of radiation on guinea pigs by 50%. This includes all chlorophyll foods and the blue-green algae from Klamath Lake called Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae (AFA). This variety of blue-green algae is an excellent anti-radiation food because of its high cellular immutability and high regenerative energy, as well as its high chlorophyll content. It should be taken in a serving of four capsules (one gram) four times per day for one week before, and several weeks after radiation exposure."
-Dr. Gabriel Cousens, M.D., Well-Known Holistic Physician, Psychiatrist, and Author

"It is so much more potent and full of nutrition than wheat grass and with ZERO risk of grain sensitivity. The molecular structure of chlorophyll (green foods) is identical to the molecular structure of hemogloblin (red blood cells). I have found in my research that increasing high chlorophyll content foods into the diet will naturally increase the hemoglobin and hematocrit and at the same time reduce intravascular coagulation without taking blood thinners."
-Katherine Clark, Healthworks

"Since I started with E3Live Algae, I’ve noticed a big difference. My recovery time is so much quicker than before and I have a lot more energy."
-Grant Hackett, 2000 Olympic Gold Medal Swimmer

It is important to stay away from all junk foods, fast food and microwaved meals. Be sure to drink lots of purified water throughout the day, and not coffee or sodas. What Do Vegans Eat?

What Do Vegans Eat?

We’ll sometimes get questions from customers who’ve grown up eating meat but are now looking for a switch to a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. These questions largely have a main theme, “Exactly what do vegans eat?”

Image

Aside from curiosity, they sometimes are concerned that a new diet that avoids meat and all animal derivatives whatsoever may not provide enough of a diversified menu. Indeed, if you’re not aware of the many food options available to vegans, it would be very easy to mistakenly believe they exist only on carrots and apples. However, the fortunate reality is that many food options are available to this increasingly popular way of life.

There are Many Vegan Food Options

A number of ethnic restaurants, including Thai, Indian, and Chinese, now offer vegan options on their menus. Vegan friendly frozen foods can be purchased in almost any grocery store, along with canned, dehydrated soups, and various kinds of stews. More and more people have asked their grocers to offer vegan products and grocers have complied with the request and these foods have started showing up on the aisles of major grocery stores. A word of caution with the prepackaged stuff, just because it’s vegan doesn’t necessarily mean it’s organic or free of GMOs. Make sure to verify that information independently of the foods vegan status, and, as always, avoid soy.

There are many vegan friendly foods to choose from so don’t worry, you’ll like at least some of them. Even if you have a sweet tooth and stress about giving up the occasional dessert, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at some of the options that await you. People who live in areas with limited grocery options can also participate by ordering vegan friendly foods online.

Vegan Nutritional Needs

Another common question asks how vegans are able to meet their daily nutritional needs with their “limited” diet. Actually, this is not nearly as much of a challenge as you may think. When you start selecting vegan foods over non-vegan foods it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re eating less or going on a calorie reduction diet, it just means you’re eating vegan foods instead of not, and many people report that this criteria alone cuts a lot of the less healthy foods out of their lives and they have no trouble meeting their nutritional needs.

Advanced Full-Spectrum Systemic Enzyme

Most vegan friendly foods, especially nuts and simple raw fruits and vegetables are among the most nutrient dense foods available. Vegans often look healthy because of the raw whole foods they put in their bodies, malnourishment is not usually an issue. Think about it, what’s more nutritionally adequate, potato chips or organic almonds? Which is going to provide more health-supporting nourishment, a fizzy cola or fresh citrus juice? Implementing change is simple a matter of decision. Rather than a bag of chips, opt for a handful of almonds. Rather than a soda, have fresh juice, a smoothie, or even just naturally flavored water.

Vegan Food Variety

Another question we are often asked is “what do vegans eat to get a balance of nutrition?” The answer to this is found in the same quest for food diversity I recommend to all of our readers. Most vegan diets consist of choices from vegetables, fruits, legumes, and grains; and there are many to choose from. A balance of these will provide all the vital nutrients they body requires. To help you get started, here are 14 foods that cleanse the liver, 6 vegetables high in calcium, and 10 foods that cleanse your body. All these are vegan friendly and will get you off to a very healthy start.

The best vegetables are fresh organic, followed by organic frozen if fresh is not available. If you need a consistent go-to, apples are probably the best vegetable anyone can eat, vegan or otherwise. Citrus fruits are good because they help the body with cleansing and detoxification. Breakfast is the best time of day to eat fruit because it helps with the body’s elimination cycle that is vital to optimal health.

Vegan Protein Sources

Perhaps the most common question when you’re starting to look for more vegan foods is what are the best sources of protein? Conventional norms tell us that protein comes from meat and from few other places; fortunately reality is very different and there are plenty of protein sources available to vegans. Peas and beans are among the most enjoyed and, unlike red meat, do NOT put you at risk for increased cholesterol, blood pressure, or cardiovascular trouble. If you haven’t tried vegan black bean tacos yet, put it on your list of things to do sooner than later.

Whole grains like brown rice are another option. If you want to get creative and use protein as a raw ingredient, I recommend getting some protein powder. Brown rice protein is a good choice and Sunwarrior makes a great vegan friendly option. I like to make breakfast bars made from blended dates, almonds, and chia seeds. Adding a scoop of protein powder to the mix, before pressing the bars out in a pan, gives an extra protein boost that’s really helpful on mornings after a workout.

Is Being a Vegan Expensive?

Advanced Full-Spectrum Systemic Enzyme

Many people delay changing their eating habits because they’ve heard rumors that eating healthy costs a lot. Let’s face it, this concern has its merits. Many organic food markets fall into more of a boutique category than “for the masses” and have the price tags to match. Organically grown produce does cost a little more in comparison to the inorganic counterparts and certainly organic prepared food often does have a higher price tag than the fast food dollar menu.

However, many people who have made the vegan or vegetarian switch will testify that the financial implications aren’t high and, in fact, everything balances out or they may even save some money. Meat can be a high priced item on a grocery bill and where ten dollars worth of meat will usually feed four people once, ten dollars worth of almonds will provide those same four people with many more nutritious, handful-sized servings for an entire week. A bag of chips might be snack-worthy for three people, cost three dollars, and provide almost no nutrition whatsoever. Instead, that same three dollars could buy those three people three organic apples. The barriers to entry are largely imaginary; perception and deciding to act are big components.
